As a Project Engineer, you'll be paired with a Superintendent and Project Manager to gain hands-on, onsite experience for a minimum of one year. This full-time, entry-level role is designed to launch your career by developing your expertise in: All phases in construction operations

What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain a fully functional jobsite office, including proper signage, required postings, and job flow sequencing.
- Organize and maintain all construction documents: Blueprints, plans, specs, shop drawings, and revisions.
- Manage jobsite processes such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, Project scheduling, and invoicing/Pay Apps.
- Support the subcontractor bidding, qualification, and award processes.
- Assist in preparing and presenting bid packages to clients and ownership.
- Help evaluate costs and negotiate for value.
- Communicate accurate, timely project updates across teams and partners.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- Local resident to Pittsburgh, PA
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or any engineering related field.
- Internship or co-op experience in construction or project management.
- A strong interest in the built environment and construction industry.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Skills in Microsoft Office package software (i.e Excel, word, Project, etc.)
- Enjoy problem solving and working with several different team members for one common goal.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Onsite locally in Pittsburgh, PA
- Perform medium work exerting up to 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds.
- See, hear, talk, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push, and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity.
- Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
