The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a broad range of skills in various areas of law, such as Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and exciting cases. The selected candidate will play a critical role in providing legal advice and representation for our clients while working closely with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Provide expert legal support and advice to clients on a wide range of general liability matters.
- Handle a diverse caseload involving Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, appeals, and motions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and legal advice.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Stay updated on current laws and regulations within your field of specialty.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Current license to practice law.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Liability Attorney or similar role.
- Proven experience in Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex legal issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
