About the Role
At Century Supply Chain Solutions, we power global supply chains for leading companies using our proprietary VIZIV platform - a cloud-based system providing real-time visibility, predictive insights, PO management, exception handling, and end-to-end operational control.
We are seeking a Program Manager who can combine deep supply chain knowledge, strong customer partnership, and technical problem-solving to drive meaningful improvements in customer supply chain operations and establish and maintain strategic customer relationships.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to assigned customers, helping them optimize workflows, solve operational challenges, and maximize the value of the VIZIV platform. You will work closely with internal teams across operations, product development, and technology to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
This role blends customer success leadership, operational program management, and hands-on system problem-solving - ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of logistics operations and technology-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned customer accounts, taking full ownership of customer programs while developing a deep understanding of their supply chains and identifying opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and visibility
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and service providers while ensuring strong operational performance, high customer satisfaction, and long-term account success
- Lead regular customer meetings, operational reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs); prepare supporting materials, align on priorities and improvement opportunities, communicate outcomes internally, and coordinate follow-up actions
- Identify operational pain points, recurring issues, and manual processes, and work with internal teams to streamline workflows through process improvements, system enhancements, or new integrations within the VIZIV platform
- Translate customer needs and operational insights into clear system requirements, features, reports, or enhancements, and define project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation
- Manage project priorities and deliverables for assigned accounts while coordinating cross-functional teams across operations, development, reporting, and customer strategy
- Support testing and validation of system enhancements, confirming that changes meet customer requirements and minimize disruption to operational workflows
- Investigate operational or technical issues by analyzing system data, interfaces, and backend processes; document and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Configure and manage customer environments within the VIZIV platform, including system views, configurations, and operational tools, and develop supporting documentation or training materials for new features or implementations
- Lead and mentor assigned team members by providing direction, aligning priorities, supporting professional development, and ensuring effective collaboration across internal teams
- Continuously deepen knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics technologies, and Century systems while contributing to a collaborative team culture through knowledge sharing and process improvement
- Stay curious and learn rapidly: deepen supply chain/logistics knowledge, explore new tools/methods (e.g., agile, data querying, AI concepts), and share insights generously with the team
- Contribute to a positive team culture valuing clarity, simplicity, long-term thinking and balanced, fresh perspective
Who We're Looking For (1 - 5+ years experience)
- Passion for managing customer relationships
- Proven strong communication skills and cross-functional initiatives involving both operations and technology
- Experience earning trust in teams through reliable delivery, clear communication, ownership and intellectual honesty
- Ability to translate operational challenges into clear process improvements or system solutions
- Track record of managing projects, defining business needs, prioritizing work and coordinating across teams
- Comfort working at the intersection of operations, technology, and customer engagement
- Experience in supply chain operations, logistics, customer success, program management, or related roles
- Exposure to supply chain software platforms, enterprise systems, or logistics technology solutions is a big plus
