- Perform a variety of tasks related to production
- Pouring concrete
- Finishing concrete
- Building forms
- Removing finished products from forms
- Keep up with production volume demands
- Ensure production quality
- Effectively communicate with management and other team members
- Operate safely and comply with all safety regulations
- Follow detailed instructions and guided directions
- Use a measuring tape
- Perform daily cleaning tasks
- Maintain work area in a neat and organized manner
- Perform other tasks instructed by management, which may be unrelated to the Production Technician's other responsibilities
