Production Planning and Procurement Assistant

- Receive, review, and extrapolate H-D and Polaris weekly reports, in coordination with Production Manager to address any found issues or concerns and to use them to drive that week's production needs or to make any changes to production schedule.

- Coordination of production flow, with an emphasis on e-coat and polish, and warehouse/shipping.

- Work with In-Process Supervisor to achieve desired production throughout facility in addition to working with management of various areas to make sure desired output is being achieved to accomplish monthly production goals.

- Scheduling outbound shipments to H-D and Polaris facilities, and coordinating those shipments with Warehouse Manager.

- Working with team members at H-D and Polaris to discuss production progress, adjustments, or issues that arise.

- Management of Production Tracker in RPM 5, such as accurate data in each production step.

- Maintaining accurate floor counts (WIP) and holding warehouse team accountable for finished goods and raw counts.

- Monitoring of WIP on production floor to ensure a lack of an overcrowded floor.

- Monitor and help Production Manager to find potential production flow issues and create solutions to become more efficient to achieve maximum output.

- Creating packaging procedures and working with Production Manager to send package sketch forms to H-D and Polaris.

- Monitoring Gunslinger's production output and addressing concerns/issues with Production Manager.

- Assist packaging team, warehouse team, and various areas as needed to achieve production goals.

- Coordination with procurement administrator to ensure Gunslinger has materials needed to achieve production.

- Other duties as assigned.
