Job Title: Production Line Worker
Location: Milford, PA
Pay Rate: $15.93 - $16.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Line Workers to join our food manufacturing team in Milford, PA. This role is essential to ensuring food products are prepared, packaged, and handled in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor food production line equipment
- Package, label, and inspect food products according to company and regulatory standards
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (GMP, HACCP, etc.)
- Perform quality checks to ensure product freshness, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Assist with line changeovers and equipment cleaning as needed
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to follow strict food safety and hygiene standards
Schedule:
We offer three shifts to meet your availability:
- 1st Shift (Day)
- 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)
- 3rd Shift (Overnight)
