Process Technician

Our client, a leading Automotive manufacturer specializing in innovative product solutions, is seeking a Process Technician to join their team. As a Process Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting production excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Technician - General

Location: Lathrop, California

Pay Range: $26-30/hr.

What's the Job?

• Support manufacturing operations by maintaining and optimizing mechanical and chemical processes to ensure high product quality and safety.
• Manage Non-Conformance process
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot process deviations, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Qualify new equipment and processes, manage non-conforming materials, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform routine equipment repairs, support line configuration, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet production goals.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives, manage parts and tools inventory, and contribute to a safe work environment.

What's Needed?

• Associate Degree in Electronics, technical certificate, or equivalent industrial/manufacturing experience.
• Skilled in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics accurately.
• Proven capability to analyze test data, identify malfunctions, and assist in process corrections.
• Strong hand and portable tool skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
