Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
A bit about us:We are a certified contract manufacturing company serving industries such as aerospace, defense, energy, and more! We specialize in custom plastic and liquid injection molding, product design support, and various secondary operations.
As a process engineer on our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining stable, high-quality plastics production processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role involves process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), optimization, tooling development, and technical support across all shifts. Candidates will support product development from design to production while driving continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost.

Job DetailsMUST HAVE:
- BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of plastics manufacturing experience
- Injection molding and plastic part design
- ERP/MRP experience
- Lean/six-sigma manufacturing experience
NICE TO HAVE:
- advanced degree
- six sigma belt certification
- Continuous improvement experience
