Amazon's Selling Partner Infrastructure and Financial services organization is looking for a passionate, innovative, results-oriented Strategy and Planning Product Manager to own programs, processes and mechanisms that enable the organization to scale and invent on behalf of its customers.

The candidate will shine in ambiguous situations, navigating between the details and big picture, and playing a primary role of owner complex and strategic initiatives, taking an active role in our organization's most visible documents and artifacts (e.g., quarterly business reviews, annual operating plans, 3-year vision plans). The candidate will partner with the leadership team to develop and drive operational processes.

The ideal candidate influences successfully at all levels, thinks strategically, is a talented writer and a strong organizer, takes initiative, and operates effectively across many teams. The candidate sees around corners, is biased for action in ensuring the team is set up for success in achieving our goals, and earns trust with stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
??? Lead strategic business program across the organization.
??? Act as a business partner to the SPIF leadership team, providing insights to help shape the strategy of the business.
??? Assist VP in developing and delivering key communication to the broader organization.
??? Drive best practices for product development across the organization.
??? Contribute to DEI initiatives and actions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
