The Operations Specialist is responsible for the movement of all solar projects from contract signing to installation. An ideal candidate for the Operations Specialist will be oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team to attain installation schedule based on goals set by management. The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
Roles & Responsibilities - Corporate liaison between local and corporate operations, local sales teams.
- Accountable for goals set by management.
- Monitor project pipeline, actively and pro-actively work with Operations Department and Sales Team in order to meet project deadlines.
- Attend Sales and Operations Meetings.
Qualifications & Experience - Proficient in multiple forms of communication.
- Proficient organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision making and problem solving.
- Ability to work with a team and also independently.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Computer Literacy (Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office).
- Customer Service Experience (1 Year Required).
- or equivalent CRM preferred.
- Prior solar experience a plus.
- Prior Project Management experience a plus.
