Plant Health Care Technician (Phc)

Compensation:

$21 - $26 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Record services, treatments, and observations using company systems
• Maintain and operate equipment, vehicles, and tools according to safety standards
• Inspect and assess tree and plant health in residential and commercial settings
• Identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies and apply appropriate treatments
• Communicate treatment plans and recommendations professionally with clients

Qualifications:

• Interest in long-term career growth and professional certifications
• Ability to work outdoors year-round and perform physical tasks
• 1+ year of experience in plant health care, tree care, or landscape maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support provided if not yet obtained

• ODA 6a Pesticide License preferred or willingness to obtain in 6 months
