Plant Administrator

Responsibilities

Will work collaboratively with the sales team, management, customers, and internal members to deliver exceptional sales support.

Accurate & timely entry of sales orders, purchase orders, quotes, and invoicing

Data entry for pipe division - several different reports are done on an as need basis

Make travel arrangements hotels and rent cars

Assist HR with new hire training

Assist Safety walk through weekly and document with pictures and with any needs they have for Pipe Division

Assist Marketing with making labels for all production pipe and other events

Credit card expense monitoring and reporting

Updating ESM Compliance Data

Updating ISO Production, maintenance and environmental

Update Production Dash board daily, and print

Coordinate with trucking companies for loads.

Checking in drivers

Setup all the shipping documents to be picked and then doing BOL and pick list to give to the drivers / file in system

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills

High attention to detail

High School diploma / GED, required

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or other related field, preferred.

Previous experience in customer service or inventory, required.

Shipping Clerk experience, preferred.

After you have worked for Agru America for 90 days, you will begin accruing vacation at a rate of 1.54 hours per week until you reach 5 years of full time service. The accrual rate increases at 5 years of service, and 10 years of service.

The 1st of the month following your 90th day of employment, you will be eligible to enroll in our 401k plan offered thru John Hancock.
