Planner Scheduler

Our client, an industry leader in energy and pipeline operations, is seeking a Planner/Scheduler: IV to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP, Prometheus and P6, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Planner/Scheduler: IV

Location: Sabine Pass, Texas

Pay Range: $60.00-$68.50 Hourly (DOE)

What's the Job?

• Schedule maintenance and reliability programs for the asset, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
• Create and maintain project and outage schedules utilizing planning software such as SAP, Prometheus, and P6.
• Coordinate work order development and scheduling with Operations and Maintenance teams to optimize resource utilization.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules for expense and upgrade work, collaborating with supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
• Provide technical support within CMMS modules, ensuring proper documentation and material requirements are met.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; technical degree or similar is a plus.
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience utilizing SAP in the Oil and Gas or petrochemical facilities.
• Heavy working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with experience in planning, scheduling, and execution processes.
• Experience with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
