We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, handling renewals, certificates, and policy amendments.
2. Deliver top-notch customer service by effectively managing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
3. Analyze and evaluate insurance policies to provide clients with the best coverage options and proposals.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to drive account growth and retention.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
6. Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with comprehensive, personalized service.
8. Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, advocating for client needs and resolving any issues or concerns.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
Qualifications:
1. At least 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on account management and customer service.
2. Proven experience in renewals, certificates, client management, and policy analysis.
3. Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality service and support.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze insurance policies and provide effective recommendations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
6. High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
7. Proficiency in using insurance-related software and systems.
8. Current insurance license or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
