We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Class A CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the necessary Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and reliability. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class A CDL truck with Hazmat and Tanker loads.
- Transport hazardous materials, chemicals, or other goods to various locations in compliance with all DOT, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and records for hours of service and deliveries.
- Adhere to safety and company guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and fellow drivers.
- Load and unload tanker trucks as necessary, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
- Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience (preferred).
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 2 years).
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (if required).
- Flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
