Main Responsibilities:
??? Coordinates with Shift Supervisor the packaging needs on production equipment
??? Ensures all lines are adequately supplied with materials needed. For example:
o Foil
o Cartons
o Trays
o etc.
??? Assists Packaging Operators as needed to ensure a smooth workflow
o Setup and operate multiple types of packaging equipment. Equipment may
include, but is not limited to: carton erectors, partition inserters, product inserters,
top closers, palletization equipment
??? Ensures labels correctly match the product in facilities where manual labeling is required
??? Manage and assign break schedule for packers
??? Support troubleshooting and training initiatives for Packers
??? Audit packer standard work and completion
??? Audit packer quality checks and completion
??? Covers for Shift Supervisor when needed

Qualifications and Requirements:
o High school diploma or equivalent required
o Min. 6 months of Packaging Operator experience preferred
o Some lead experience preferred
o Good mechanical skills
o Capable of lifting 25 pounds and standing for a minimum of 12 hours
o Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously
