The Packaging Support Technician role is critical to success at Frito-Lay! As an entry level position PSTs or commonly referred to as Packers, are responsible for food safety cleaning, general housekeeping, constructing boxes by hand, and then packing them full of products you already know and love.
In your time as a Seasonal Employee, you will get to experience what working for Frito-Lay is like. After 90 days of employment, there is potential to be offered a full-time position to include benefits. This offer is contingent upon evaluating your work performance and attendance. Please note that this is not guaranteed.
In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:
We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and it's a physical job! If you have never worked in a warehouse or manufacturing environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet the entirety of your shift. Packers are expected to stay on the line until relieved for break. We're seeking individuals who are flexible, committed, and safety-focused. Here are the minimum qualifications of this job:
