1st and 2nd shift available

Our East Mesa client is seeking Order Selectors to join their team!

Job Responsibilities:

??? Accurately select and pick products from warehouse locations according to order specifications

??? Review pick lists and ensure correct quantities and items are gathered for each order

??? Verify product codes, lot numbers, and expiration dates to maintain quality control standards

??? Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift

??? Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining accuracy standards

??? Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures consistently

??? Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory discrepancies or issues

??? Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed

??? Properly label and wrap completed orders for shipment

??? Report damaged products or equipment to management immediately

Skills Required:

??? High school diploma or equivalent preferred

??? Previous warehouse or order selection experience is a plus

??? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift

??? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

??? Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities

??? Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels

??? Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

??? Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

??? Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

??? Willingness to work flexible hours including potential overtime

??? Basic computer skills for inventory systems
