JOB SUMMARY: Supervises the day-to-day activities related to transportation and warehousing operations to ensure that Distribution Center KPIs and governmental regulations are met.
The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 PM. Pay is commensurate with experience, range is $70k-$75k, the role is bonus eligible.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Supervises the day-to-day activities of warehouse operations, including daily work assignments, monitoring productivity, accuracy, and KPIs, and identifying areas for improvement to meet or exceed Division standards and objectives. (30%)
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of transportation operations (route overload cuts, personnel utilization, on-time performance, off-load rate, driver debriefing, etc.) to ensure established standards are met or exceeded. (20%)
- Supervises assigned staff, providing training to ensure compliance with established standards for quality, sanitation, security, and safety. (20%)
- Monitor fleet operations, including loading and dispatch times, vehicle and equipment utilization reports, and vehicle safety and maintenance to ensure compliance with GSF and DOT standards. (10%)
- Distributes daily productivity reports and monitors daily receiving to ensure compliance with such product-related issues as QIP testing, storage, HACCP food quality standards, and new product slotting. (10%)
- Monitors staffing levels, including the weekly casual work schedule and relieving warehouse and transportation supervisors and leads as required, to ensure required work tasks can be achieved. (10%)
- Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:
Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college or university. DOT training with appropriate agencies.
Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in warehouse and transportation operations, including inventory, and shipping and receiving
