The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing mid-shift warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and team development. This role supports planning, training, and performance management while maintaining high standards in equipment and housekeeping. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and directing warehouse operations to ensure efficient mid-shift performance
  • Promote and maintain high morale, work standards, and team development
  • Train, coach, and manage employee performance and engagement
  • Identify and resolve operational issues at the root level
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
  • Monitor and manage expenses within budget
  • Support efforts to reduce employee turnover and minimize overtime
  • Maintain equipment and housekeeping standards in accordance with company expectations
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to engage and develop employees
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF technology, and labor management systems
  • Skilled in interviewing, coaching, performance evaluation, and documentation
  • Strong focus on quality and continuous process improvement
  • Ability to interpret and analyze operational data
Physical Requirements
  • High-energy distribution center environment
  • Overtime required as needed

$58,300 - $97,100
