TransForce is hiring full-time Box Truck Drivers in Cranberry Township, PA. No CDL needed!
Earn $21/hour plus overtime with consistent schedules, early start times, and excellent benefits. This role is perfect for drivers seeking a fast-paced, hands-on position with a supportive team.
Position Highlights:
- Pay: $21 per hour + overtime after 40 hours (weekly pay: $850 - $950)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Start Time: 3:30 AM daily
- Shift Length: 8-10 hours per day (with overtime opportunities)
- Home Time: Home daily
- Equipment: 16' refrigerated (reefer) box trucks (automatic transmission)
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Delivery Preparation:
- Assist with unloading and sorting incoming products
- Count and verify products assigned to your delivery route
- Load assigned products onto a 16' reefer box truck
- Route Deliveries:
- Deliver products to customer locations using wheeled carts or by hand-unloading boxes
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to assigned stops
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring the truck meets DOT and safety standards
Requirements:
- License: Valid driver's license (NO CDL REQUIRED!)
- Experience: Previous box truck/delivery driving experience preferred
- Equipment Use: Ability to operate automatic transmission 16' reefer box trucks
- Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable with physical labor, including handling wheeled carts and hand unloading boxes
- Availability: Willingness to start at 3:30 AM daily and work Monday - Friday schedule
