Arbors Management Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a Project-Based Section 8 family community in Franklin, PA. This role is responsible for daily operations, HUD compliance, occupancy, and financial performance while fostering a positive resident experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain 95%+ occupancy and =5% delinquency
- Ensure HUD & Project-Based Section 8 compliance
- Manage applications, recertifications & waitlists
- Oversee maintenance and property standards
- Manage budget and financial performance
- Build strong resident and community relationships
Qualifications:
- Affordable housing experience preferred (HUD/Section 8)
- Knowledge of fair housing and compliance
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with property management software
- Budgeting and financial management experience
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Capable of passing criminal background check and drug screens
