Job Responsibilities for Mortgage Loan Processor:

Assist lenders by preparing and processing loan documentation

Ordering and obtaining any necessary supporting documents

Filing recordable documents

Inputting and maintaining loans on the Bank's core software

Maintaining loan files and renewal documentation

Providing customer service to loan customers

Mortgage Loan Processor Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Computer and mathematical skills

Customer service experience beneficial but not required

Loan processing experience beneficial but not required

Banking experience beneficial but not required

Experience with legal docs beneficial but not required

Compensation details: 22-28 Hourly Wage
