Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting building operations and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Omaha, NE

What's the Job?

  • Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and respond promptly to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct inspections of property interior and exterior areas, including structural components, fixtures, roofing, and lighting.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and support after-hours building activities as needed.
  • Prepare detailed reports on work conditions and recommend corrective actions to management.

What's Needed?

  • Universal EPA Certification.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to maintain it.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
  • Availability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required.
