Our client, a leading provider of facility maintenance and engineering services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities across the Santa Ana, CA area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Pay Range: 33/hr

What's the Job?

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across multiple facilities.
  • Travel between sites within approximately a 50-mile radius, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and reliably.
  • Maintain and repair building systems, including lighting, furniture, and minor plumbing repairs.
  • Assist with interior maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, installing equipment, and general upkeep.
  • Participate in safety procedures, conduct facility inspections, and report on conditions affecting operations and occupancy.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and mechanical/electrical aptitude.
