Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from pre-construction planning to final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Promote a culture of safety and enforce compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
