Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from pre-construction planning to final closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Promote a culture of safety and enforce compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
