Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Project Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA. In this role you will be on working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & implement key training and development initiatives to drive across Parts, Distribution Services and Supply Chain.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Responsibilities:
Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business plans
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Executes and integrate plans
Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree
3+ year experience in a role requiring project/program management skills
Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ year experience in a role requiring project/program management skills
Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology
3+ years experience in cross-functional stakeholder management
3+ years experience in briefing leaders in discussion
Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Demonstrates high degree of self-direction, time management, and initiative

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $87,550 - $118,450
