About the Role: The Member Services Consultant Il (MSC Il) is expected to deliver unparalleled member services while providing essential consultative services. This position serves as a knowledgeable consultant to supply financial solutions that are in the member's best interest to consistently exceed our members' expectations. The MSCII will provide our members and potential members with valuable suggestions on how to use Foothill Federal Credit Union (FFCU) products and services to improve their financial well-being while being accountable for cross-selling goals and promotional opportunities offered to our members. The MSC Il is expected to take personal responsibility for constantly improving their knowledge level for all Credit Union products and services as well as Credit Union operations and compliance issues.
