Mechanical Engineer

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team.

Job Title- Mechanical Engineering Medical Systems
Pay rate - $50-$110 per hour
Location-Wayne, NJ
Contract-4-5 Months
Your Tasks

• Development of innovative interface concepts for mounting systems for new products
• Market research on the current status
• Creation of a specification sheet in coordination with other departments
• 3D design of components and assemblies, as well as 2D drawing derivation in CAD software (SolidWorks)
• Selection of appropriate materials and standard components
• Ordering, assembling, and testing of initial prototypes

• Student in mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study
• Experience in design with CAD software and creating technical drawings
• High communication skills and proactive information gathering
• Strong analytical thinking
• Systematic, goal-oriented, and independent working style
• Good MS Office skills
• Team player, committed
• Very good German skills, both written and spoken
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
