Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) Engineering disciplines which support multiple airplane programs
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 5+ years' relevant engineering experience
• 2+ years' experience leading engineers
• Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams
• Experience in a role that required a strong attention to details

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range K Level Manager: $138,550 - $187,450
