Casting: Perform the open casting of urethane into molds, ensuring even distribution and adherence to quality standards.
Curing: Monitor and control the curing process to ensure optimal material properties and performance.
Trimming and Finishing: Trim excess material and finish cast parts to meet dimensional and quality specifications.
Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests on cast parts to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on casting equipment and molds to ensure operational efficiency and longevity.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production processes, material usage, and quality control results.
Requirement(s):
Previous experience with urethane casting or similar materials in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of mixing ratios and chemical handling safety.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
