Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
As a Cycle Counter for Kohler Co., you will be an ambassador of the Kohler brand and the Vikrell product line. The Cycle Counter is responsible for counting materials based on specified categories and cycle count schedules to ensure they match with inventory logs and documents. In this role, your areas of primary focus are maintaining inventory accuracy, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale while striving to develop the Kohler Co. core competencies. You will work 8-hour shifts for 5 days and work will include sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting. You will be an ideal candidate if you are an experienced logistics professional and are willing to learn and adapt to new and changing processes and environments.
Additional Your Job Duties
Cycle count materials to ensure they match inventory logs and documents.
Troubleshoot of variances, including recounts and system research.
Complete cycle count discrepancy forms with data from SAP and physical counts.
Assist in Component Alert Management by providing count and location of components below safety stock/alert level.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting and processing materials transactions in a timely manner.
Participate in processes dealing with damaged freight, scrapping, physical inventory counts, and other processes of inventory management.
Work unsupervised for short periods of time.
Travel from plant to warehouse as needed.
Follow all safety and quality plant guidelines.
Responsible for 5S and housekeeping activities.
Provide good verbal directions to others, such as forklift drivers or carrier drivers.
Utilize hand-held scanners where required to track all material movements.
Ensure applicable product compliance requirements are upheld including but not limited to the Clean Air Act, Arizona Code of Regulation and Arizona Health and Safety Code.

Basic Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous experience with a strong work ethic that includes the ability to work 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts while sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting.
The flexibility to change shifts as the plant moves into future phases of production and operability.
A positive, adaptable, hard-working, and patient mindset.
A willingness to help with activities that may be outside of your job scope.
Preferred Qualifications
Have previous experience in a Logistics or Cycle Counter role.
Have previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Have a natural ability to problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
