Impact Property Solutionsis currently seeking an experiencedMaterial Handlerwho will partner with, and ensure the long-term success, of our customers. Material Handler must become fluent in all products the company represents and promote company strategic direction to increase sales and generate revenue and profit.


Material Handler Duties and Responsibilities

  • Move products to where they are needed most, whether that is from the production line to storage areas or from storage areas to shipment points for delivery to installers.
  • Perform packaging, handling, transportation and other related shipping duties.
  • Perform filling work orders in a timely manner.
  • Assist installation crews and customers load completed jobs, as needed.
  • Adhere to and enforce all applicable Federal, state, local and OSHA.
  • Work closely with Counter Tops Management, Sales representatives and purchasing department to keep inventory accurate in the computer system and to quickly correct mistakes that have occurred.
  • Maintain an efficient, clean & organized work area in compliance with all safety regulations.

Material Handler Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities.
  • Aptitude towards equipment operation and trouble shooting.
  • Become Proficient in the inventory management software system.
  • Excellent product knowledge.
  • Strong Organizational skills.
  • Ability to stay focused for long periods of time.
  • Familiarity with common material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
  • Knowledge of how receiving or missed receiving, will affect inventory control with AP and the same with credits with AR




Education and Work Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license required.
  • 1-year experience in warehouse work environment preferred.
  • Forklift Certified preferred.
  • Flooring Industry knowledge is a plus

RFMS Systems Experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • May be required to stand for long periods of time.
  • May involve some repetitive motions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part container.
  • Do to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.


Compensation details:17-22 Hourly Wage
