As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a critical role in formulating and preparing products that directly support healthcare solutions worldwide. You'll work in a cGMP-regulated environment, operating equipment, ensuring quality, and supporting production excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Job DetailsJob Title: Manufacturing Formulation Technician II
Location: Mebane, NC (Onsite)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Pay Range: $23.50/hr + $1.00 shift differential
Contract Type: Contract (05/18/2026 - 10/05/2026)
??? Prepare and formulate bulk materials following approved cGMP procedures
??? Operate and monitor manufacturing and processing equipment
??? Accurately weigh, measure, and verify raw materials for batch production
??? Perform in-process testing (pH, conductivity, etc.) to ensure product quality
??? Troubleshoot process or equipment issues and support continuous production
??? 2+ years of manufacturing experience (regulated or cGMP environment preferred)
??? Hands-on experience with batching, formulation, or chemical processing
??? Ability to operate equipment and perform measurements/testing accurately
??? Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
??? Basic computer skills and experience with manufacturing systems (MES preferred)
