POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages essential functions to maintain daily operational needs of University Health Foundation. This role's primary function will pertain to financial processing, budgeting, monitoring fiscal/operational variances, internal/external reporting and data entry. In addition, this position will manage processes related to the Foundation's scholarships, fund disbursements and grant management.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or professional experience in related field. May substitute one year of business-related experience for each year of education required. Professional experience in business operations, fundraising, non-profit or finance preferred.
Must demonstrate high proficiency in Excel. Experience in Premier, or other financial reporting tool, preferred. Experience in utilizing CRMs (Raiser's Edge, SalesForce, Virtuous, etc.). Experience in using BI tools or other types of data visualization tools a plus. Experience in Virtuous and a plus.
Excellnt communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with internal and external customers of University Health.
Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively, manage various projects at once, and adept to quickly adjusting priorities.
