- Conduct consultative needs analysis with prospective clients to create and provide business solutions .
- Develop proposals and facilitate presentations t hat present client recommendations.
- Build a network through referrals, prospecting calls, trade shows and peers to self-generate leads.
- Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
- Qualify new leads and request site surveys to de termine building serviceability.
- Increase sales through upsell opportunities and securing contract renewals.
What you bring to Spectrum Ente r prise Required q ualifications: - Experience: Three or more years of experience exceeding revenue goals .
- Education: High school d iploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of computer networking , LAN, WAN and high-capacity and fiber-connected networks.
- Skills: N etwork ing , negotiation, closing and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Deadline-driven with the abil ity to multi-task while working under pressure .
- Availability : T ravel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.
Preferred qualifications : - T hree or more years of experien ce exceeding revenue goals selling telecommunications solutions in a B2B industry .
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experi ence work ing with SLED accounts, large RFPs and E-rate .
- Familiar with Salesforce.
