Maintenance Technician Supervisor

Our client, a leader in the energetical field is seeking a Maintenance Technician Supervisor to join their team.As a Maintenance Technician Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting mechanical and facilities teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Supervisor

Location: Greeley, CO

Pay Range: 47.23 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assign staff to repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
• Supervise routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines and building systems run efficiently.
• Assign inspection and testing of machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Review type and cost of maintenance or repair work for accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee dismantling and reassembly of devices using hoists, cranes, and tools.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8-10 years of maintenance experience in mechanical or facilities systems.
• Strong knowledge of machines, tools, and repair techniques.
• Leadership and mentoring skills with ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
