Job DetailsMaintenance Technicians are the superheroes of our operations, ensuring our production equipment and facilities run at peak performance through electrical, mechanical, and control maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and problem-solve in training
- Complete tasks while meeting production, quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Operate hand and power tools, and lift trucks, including working at heights
- Use measuring tools and work independently with guidance
- Communicate and document information effectively
- Embrace new training and educational opportunities
- Attend advanced technology maintenance classes on-site and off
- Report any food safety concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Pass a maintenance assessment test
- Willingness to take advanced technology maintenance classes
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, kneel, and work overhead
- Availability for rotating shifts and overtime
