Maintenance Technician Location: Toledo, OH, 43604 Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Ensure that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
