Maintenance Technician

JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day general upkeep of the facility by maintaining implemented programs, emergency work orders and scheduling work accordingly. The technician must adhere to all safety programs, policies, and procedures as defined in the FreshPoint Safe Manual and is responsible for executing the cleaning, repair and preventative maintenance of the building and grounds in a timely and cost-effective manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, maintain, implement and prioritize work orders and programs
• Schedule work following departmental needs
• Perform and document the day-to-day maintenance and service activities for all facilities
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure the general upkeep and maintenance of the facility
• Perform required job duties as assigned by the Manager, Warehouse and Facilities or designee
