How you will make an impact:

As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair, while adhering to confidentiality and safety procedures. You will ensure the facility remains in good condition by inspecting apartments, handling emergency repairs, and maintaining equipment and vehicles. Additional duties include moving furniture, replenishing water softener salt, changing filters, and repairing machines. The role also involves reporting any incidents of potential abuse and attending mandatory in-services as part of a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

What you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of related maintenance experience (required).
  • Experience in inspections with a life/safety background (required).
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital setting (required).
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
