Job Details
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform timely repairs
Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
Assist in equipment installation and upgrades
Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports
Collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ability to diagnose and repair machinery, including conveyors, motors, pumps, etc.
Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with PLCs or automation systems
Welding or fabrication skills
HVAC, plumbing, or facilities maintenance experience
