- Ensures production equipment operates efficiently by performing equipment maintenance on all production, facility and utility equipment.
- Seeking a self-motivated, experienced and dedicated individual.
- Must comply with all safety rules and procedures.
- Maintain and complete all required records. Individual must be available to work overtime as needed.
- Perform other duties as required, or assigned by Supervisor.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems on industrial equipment (including extruders).
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Mechanical tasks: troubleshoot and repair gear boxes. Troubleshoot and replace bearings, chains, belts, and pulleys. Preferred by not required MIG weld, stick weld, drill and tap threaded holes. Read mechanical prints.
- Electrical tasks: troubleshoot and replace AC and DC drives, temperature controls, start/stop electrical controls, troubleshoot PLCs, replace and wire 3-phase motors, troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits. Read electrical, building, machine and flow diagram prints.
Shift start: 8:00PM
Shift length: 10 hours
weds-sat 8am-6pm for training, full time job will be 8pm-6am weds-sat
This bonus will be paid out in 3 separate installments ( 3 months, 9 months and 1 year )
