Crafting Excellence: Responsibilities:
  • Interest in repairing plant machinery and equipment. No experience necessary, but seeking eagerness to learn plant maintenance
  • Have basic mechanical skills.
  • Have basic carpentry skills for repair and new projects.
  • An aptitude for trouble shooting.
  • Have basic math skills and know how to use basic tools to size up and evaluate tasks.
  • Have a valid driver's license or ability to get one within 30 days.
  • Follow company safety policies and best practices to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work area.
  • Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to maintenance and safety.
  • Be able to drive a forklift or willing to learn.
  • Able to perform all duties assigned by supervision, including facility maintenance.

Key Qualifications
  • Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in manufacturing, production, ceramics, or warehousing environment.
  • Organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Consistent attendance record and adherence to the attendance policy for Ann Sacks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes.
  • Strong attention to detail; takes pride in their work
  • Experience in a warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
Additional Requirements
  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 30 pounds or more.
  • Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
