Crafting Excellence: Responsibilities:- Interest in repairing plant machinery and equipment. No experience necessary, but seeking eagerness to learn plant maintenance
- Have basic mechanical skills.
- Have basic carpentry skills for repair and new projects.
- An aptitude for trouble shooting.
- Have basic math skills and know how to use basic tools to size up and evaluate tasks.
- Have a valid driver's license or ability to get one within 30 days.
- Follow company safety policies and best practices to ensure a secure work environment.
- Ensure a clean and organized work area.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to maintenance and safety.
- Be able to drive a forklift or willing to learn.
- Able to perform all duties assigned by supervision, including facility maintenance.

Key Qualifications- Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
- Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in manufacturing, production, ceramics, or warehousing environment.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Consistent attendance record and adherence to the attendance policy for Ann Sacks.
- Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes.
- Strong attention to detail; takes pride in their work
- Experience in a warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
Additional Requirements- Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 30 pounds or more.
- Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
