About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Technician to maintain and repair CNC equipment, automation systems, and robotics in our advanced facility. You will troubleshoot and resolve electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues while ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Maintain CNC production machines, automation systems, and robotics, including Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Allen Bradley.
- Electrical Circuitry: Design, interpret, and repair electrical circuits and schematics.
- PLC Programming: Write, test, and troubleshoot ladder logic programs in programmable logic controllers.
- Data Management: Back up equipment data and perform recovery as needed.
- Documentation: Collaborate with external technical support and maintain detailed repair records.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
- Adaptability: Perform tasks in various conditions, including confined and slippery spaces.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Certificate in Automation Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, or Electro-Mechanical studies, or equivalent experience (3-6 years).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints.
- Mathematical Skills: Strong foundation in algebra and geometry.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Effectively interpret instructions and solve practical issues.
Preferred Training:
- General Safety and Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO)
- HAZCOM and Arc Flash Safety
- Forklift Safety and Quality System Awareness
- Robotics and CNC Maintenance Training
Certifications & Experience:
- Experience with CNC Maintenance and Fanuc Robotics.
- General Robotics and Automation training.
