Maintenance Technician (10p-6AM)

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $31.45 an hour + $0.75 shift differential

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support daily operations by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and facility equipment. You will partner with operations to reduce downtime, maintain safe and efficient manufacturing processes, and uphold all food safety, HACCP, and GMP requirements at our Louisville, KY location. A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance across manufacturing operations
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  • Repair, service, and maintain production and facility equipment
  • Interpret specifications, schematics, blueprints, and work orders
  • Clean and lubricate parts and complete routine welding tasks
  • Requisition parts and supplies and support special projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors
  • Uphold food safety, HACCP, GMP, and plant safety standards
  • Support overtime, weekend work, and 3rd shift operations as needed
Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
  • Knowledge of 480v systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Skill calculating and interpreting basic measurements
  • Skill reading schematics and equipment manuals
  • Skill using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Commitment to safe work practices and food safety standards
