Machining Manager Key Responsibilities - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in machining or steel manufacturing, with at least 2 years in management
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining, manual lathes, and mills
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
