OnTrack Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled individual for the Machine Operator I and Machine Operator II positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components or finished products in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a commitment to quality, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures. .

Shift - Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm
OT - Must be available to work overtime when needed
Machine OperatorI:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist multiple team members in the assembly of components or finished products according to established work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Identify and report any defective materials, tools, or processes to the supervisor or quality control team.
- Maintain accurate production records, including completed work and any issues encountered.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Keep workstations organized and equipment well-maintained.
- Maintain certification on multiple skills and be capable of working at multiple production lines to ensure flexible production capabilities.
- Operate machinery on the SMT production line, including NPM, DEK, or SPP machines.
- Perform splicing operations for SMT components.
- Conduct SPI or AOI inspections of products.
Machine OperatorII:
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the performance of daily equipment and quality checks.
- Perform critical operations on SMT line to ensure stable operations.
- Review equipment parameters to ensure machines are ready for operation.
- Be capable of operating all SMT machines for assembly of product.
Qualifications for Machine Operator I & II
- High school level or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or similar production environments.
- Experience in the operation of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines.
- Understanding of electronic components and assembly processes.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo new training and certifications for assigned areas.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet production deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
