All new hires must complete two consecutive days of paid training before starting regular shifts. What You'll Do:
You'll be a key part of the team running metal fabrication equipment and supporting production goals. That includes:
- Operating machines such as press brakes, shears, notchers, or rollers
- Loading and unloading raw metal materials into machinery
- Using tools like RF scanners or job sheets to follow production specs
- Performing visual inspections and measuring materials for accuracy
- Supporting material flow throughout the floor
- Following safety procedures and working alongside your team
What We're Looking For:
- Previous machine operation experience preferred (metal fabrication, press brake, shear, or similar equipment)
- Comfortable reading measurements, blueprints, or job specifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented and committed to safety protocols
- Reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment
