Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Blythewood, SC
Pay: $16/hour
Shift: 12-hour shifts (Day/Night shifts may be required) Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Machine Operators to join our team in Blythewood, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with loading raw materials and packaging finished products.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends if required.
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
